Mgr. Ing. David Mazáček, MRICS

Course: Real Estate Market Practice; Development Project

Within MBARE, David Mazáček lectures the courses Real Estate Market Practice and Development Project. David works for the development company Crestyl, where he is responsible for acquisition of new projects. During his career, David has worked, among others, at Deloitte and Discovery Group, where he was responsible for market and competitiveness analyses, asset valuation and land use budgets. He has participated in the expansion of the shopping centre in Zlín, revitalisation of the Žižkov freight station, or the Kotva shopping centre. Since 2016, David has been a member of the Royal Institute of Certified Surveyors (RICS) and since the same year he has been the Head of the Institute of Strategic Investments at the Prague University of Economics and Business. Together with Jaroslav Kaizr, David stands behind the establishment of the MBA programme in Real Estate Investment, Development and Valuation at the Prague University of Economics and Business, which was accredited in spring 2018. David has graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business, majoring in Commercial Law and Business Property Valuation, and Charles University with majors in Financial Markets and Banking.
