Construction Law

Course content
Within the course Construction Law, participants will learn the basics of public construction law and especially the practical issues that are presently related to construction. Construction law is changing almost every year and the whole of the matter is fragmented into a number of laws. The aim of the course is therefore not to describe in detail each particular aspect of the construction law, but to teach the participant how to quickly orientate in this matter and practically move in it. Furthermore, the course deals with the risks that arise in development, how to prepare for them and how to avoid the biggest mistakes. The course is to a large extent driven by practical form using examples from the praxis, through which the participants become familiar with the application of legal norms.
