Richard Hogg lectures within MBARE the course Market Valuation / Valuation of Commercial Real Estate. Richard began to work at Cushman & Wakefield in London in 1999. Later he moved to Cushman & Wakefield’s office in the Czech Republic. He has been active on the Central European market since 2003. Since 2011, he has been the Partner in this company and currently holds the position of the Head of the Valuation and Consulting Department in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Richard is a valuer regulated by RICS and a holder of the HypZert Mortgage Lending Value Certificate licensed to issue leverage-based valuations. He is a graduate of the Nottingham Trent University.
