Ing. Jaroslav Kaizr, Ph.D. MRICS

Course: Real Estate Market Practice

Jaroslav Kaizr is the lead lecturer of the course Real Estate Market. Jaroslav has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. Since the beginning of his career, he has been primarily involved in transactions in the industrial real estate market. In 2014, he moved from his position as a Partner at the international advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield to become Business Development Director at CTP, where he was responsible for a portfolio exceeding 4 million square meters of commercial space across the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and Romania. Following his tenure at CTP, he focused from 2017 on establishing the industrial team at the Czech and Slovak office of Savills. In 2020, he became a partner and co-owner of the development and investment group Demaco. Since 2010, he has been a member of the professional organization Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
