Daniel Štys lectures within MBARE the course on Innovation within MBARE. He has been designing buildings as an authorized architect since 1990, and in 1999 he worked on the development of the Pankrác Plain. Since 2002, he has been dealing with Facility and Property Management for international investors, participated in the opening of many shopping centers and took over, among other things, the main railway station in Prague after reconstruction in 2010-2012. Currently, in the position of Key Asset Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, he deals with the management of shopping centers.

Daniel studied architecture at Faculty of Architecture, Czech Technical University in Prague. Daniel lectures on facility management at the Facility Management Institute and is Member of the Czech Chamber of Architects and IFMA – International Facility Management Association.
