Organisational Management and Marketing

Course content
Organisational Management and Marketing provide its participants with a basic overview of the management side of the real estate companies. The course introduces marketing techniques and strategies used in the real estate market. Students will understand the importance of real estate marketing, the marketing relationship with the customer, the marketing mix, and new trends, such as the use of social media for marketing. Students will understand the basic principles of knowledge management, organisational management (focusing on topics such as organisational management of changes, organisational structure and relationships) and the human resources management in organisations (focusing on topics such as human resources management models, performance tracking and appropriate management of weaker links in an organisation, importance of team and group work).
