Cost Surveying

Course content
Knowledge of the basic principles of cost surveying of constructions is essential both for property valuation professions and real estate investors and developers. Graduates of this course will understand the classifications used in construction (JKSO, CZ-CC, TSKP), individual parts of building budgets, types of costs in construction, including the life cycle costs of construction. They will know the structure of the total cost of the project from the design work, through the cost of the construction site, assembly activity, etc. They will be familiar with the available pricing documents (price system of ÚRS, RTS, ASPE) and will be able to assess their use. Participants will also learn a detailed item budget.
