Course: Real Estate Market Practice

 

 

Petr Musílek lectures on capital markets and investment within the MBARE course Real Estate Market Practice. Petr Musílek assumes the role as the Vice-Rector for Science and Research at the Prague University of Economics and Business (since April 2014). He has graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business, majoring in Finance, where he was subsequently awarded associate professorship and professorship. At the Faculty of Finance and Accounting he assumed the post of the Vice-Dean for Science and Doctoral Studies over the terms 2000–2003 and 2006–2014. He was a member of the Discipline Committee of the Czech Science Foundation for social sciences and a member of the Presidium of the Czech Securities Commission. He is currently a member of the Scientific Board of the Czech Banking Association and a member of the Board of the Education Policy Fund of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. He is also a member of Executive Boards of the journals Politická ekonomie and Prague Economic Papers. He specialises in capital markets, investment banking and financial regulation. He has authored and co-authored 15 monographs and textbooks and more than 70 articles both in Czech and foreign professional journals and conference proceedings.
