Course: Real Estate Valuation According to Czech Norms

 

 

 

Petr Polák is a leading lecturer of the course Real Estate Valuation According to Czech Norms. He presently works at the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic as a Senior Ministerial Councillor, the Head of the Property Valuation Department, where he is responsible mainly for legislative activities in the domain of property and services’ valuation, issuing expert opinions on valuation and providing opinions to issued expert opinions in the domain of property and services’ valuation. At the Prague University of Economics and Business, Petr lectures courses specialising in real estate valuation. He also co-operates with the Brno University of Technology and its Institute of Forensic Engineering. Petr has authored expert articles, co-authored study material for official property valuation and lectures at national and international conferences on property valuation. Petr is a graduate of the technical-economic specialisation Business and Entrepreneurship with Technology of the Faculty of Engineering of the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and passed the specialisation for experts in the field economics of prices and real estate assessment at the Institute of Property Valuation of the Prague University of Economics and Business.
