Market Valuation of Commercial Real Estate

Course content
The course Market Valuation of Commercial Real Estate will provide its participants with comprehensive information on the commercial property valuation process in accordance with standards of the Royal Institute of Certified Surveyors (RICS). Participants will learn to apply different valuation methods depending on the type of real estate being valued and the given purpose of the valuation. Participants will acquire knowledge of key principles, theories and practices used in the valuation of commercial real estate, such as office complexes, shopping centres, logistics-storage areas, plots of land for construction, etc. Based on the hands-on familiarity with these methods, students will be able to determine value of real estate on the real estate market.
