Course content
The course Innovations & Real Estate will prepare participants for future changes in the domain of real estate and the real estate market. Participants will learn examples of the latest technological and commercial innovations and sociological changes that affect the real estate sector. The course presents practical examples of the real estate sector’s reaction to these changes, new concepts and the use of technologies that break down the traditional real estate concept. The course will show a wide range of technologies and disciplines ranging from the Internet of Things, through the growth of e-commerce and requirements of a society for storage space to the so-called Smart City. It shows the way from virtual reality to office building or from 3D printing to the circular economy. As a result, graduates will be able to better prepare or evaluate business plans for commercial real estate and will be able to respond quickly to the changing needs, requirements and expectations of users or tenants of individual types of real estate.
