Bert Hesselink lectures within MBARE the course on Innovation & Real Estate. Bert´s passion in life is to create better communities by making a positive contribution to the quality of the built-up environment and developing better spaces for businesses and people. In his current role at CTP as Research Director he is responsible for translating rapidly changing occupier needs into business opportunities for developing better commercial spaces in sought after locations in Europe with a focus on CEE. Bert started his professional career in 2001 as an office agent at CBRE in Amsterdam before relocating to Prague in 2004 where he has since held various positions leading industrial and office leasing teams and launching workplace strategies as a new service line before joining CTP as Group Business Development Director in 2019. Bert graduated from the University of Groningen with a masters degree in Economic Geography and is a member of the RICS.
