Martina Krákorová lectures within MBARE the course Legal Aspects of Real Estate Transactions. Martina is a Partner in the Wilsons law firm and advises the Czech and international clients on real estate transactions, focusing primarily on investment sales and acquisitions, and on the operation of office buildings in the Czech Republic. Martina has led a number of real estate acquisitions including real estate and corporate due diligence. Martina also managed transactions for building insurance companies, as well as developers, including retail development, to which she has provided comprehensive legal services ranging from land purchase through development, contract work, management contracts, pledge contracts to leases and corporate acquisitions.
