Martin Baláž is a leading lecturer of the course Organisational Management and Marketing. Since 2019, Martin assumes the position of the Vice-President and Country Manager of PROLOGIS in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In PROLOGIS, Martin is responsible for the entire 1.6 million square meters’ corporate portfolio and oversees all its leasing and construction activities along with the property administration and project management. Prior to joining PROLOGIS, Martin Baláž has worked as an associate partner at Cushman & Wakefield, where he held the position of the Head of Industrial and Large-Format Retail Space in Slovakia and the Head of Industrial Department for the Czech Republic. Martin holds an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from the College of Estate Management in Reading, UK.
