JUDr. Eva Barešová

Course: Land Register and Civil Code

Eva Barešová is a leading lecturer of the course Land Registry and Civil Law. She has over 25 years of work experience at the State Administration of Land Surveying and Cadastre in the Legislation Department (until 2016, she assumed the position of the Head of Legislation Department at the Office of the Chairman). Since inception of the land registry, Eva was involved in the preparation of legislation, regulating the issue of the cadastre and land surveying. In the real estate domain she specialises also in her lecture and publishing activities. She lectures at universities (Czech Technical University, Prague University of Economics and Business), at the Judicial Academy, at the Business Institute EDU a. s. for notaries, lawyers, banks and others. Eva is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague.
