Ondřej Fukal is a leading lecturer of the course Real Estate Management. Ondřej has been on the real estate market for more than 24 years and has extensive experience in many areas of the property and facility management. During his career, Ondřej he has worked both in technically-oriented facility management companies and in the agent sector. Ondřej is currently a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield, where he is in charge of property management teams in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. His team of 134 professionals engages in all the areas of real estate management, including rental management, reporting and double-entry bookkeeping. Ondřej is a member of the Royal Institute of Certified Surveyors (RICS). He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague.
