Valuation Methods

Course content
Students will acquire knowledge of basic approaches to valuation in general (revenue, cost and comparative approach) and will learn how to practically calculate the individual methods. At the same time, they will learn the principle of how to choose appropriate valuation method depending on the type of real estate being valued and purpose of the valuation. In turn, they will be able to independently carry out financial calculations of the real estate value and, if necessary, critically assess the calculation side of valuations under review.
