Course content
The course Urbanism, Zoning and Sustainable Growth acquaints the participants with zoning, its aspects and links to the concept of a territorial unit, the link to development and sustainable development. Participants will learn this issue both from the perspective of architects and gain the necessary theoretical background, as well as from the perspective of professional investors on the real estate market, developers, and in the wider context of the system.
