Property Management

Course content
The course Property Management aims to familiarise its participants with property management and its specifics for different types of real estate. Room is also devoted to different approaches to real estate financing and allocation for administration costs, students will be able to identify budget savings. Participants will recognise the differences in property management, facility management, and asset management. They will also be familiar with current trends in property management, including sustainable development issues and certification of the so-called green and smart buildings.
