William Bucknell is a leading lecturer of the course Ethics Behaviour / Code of Conduct. Since 2005, William has been the Managing Director of Flow East’s Real Estate Division. He has extensive experience from the United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Croatia, Serbia, Romania and Ukraine. William oversees more than 250,000 square meters of development projects and he is an experienced asset manager responsible for 400 tenants and over EUR 15 million in income per year. William holds the degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading and he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Royal Institute of Certified Surveyors (RICS) in the Czech Republic.
