Pavel Streblov lectures within MBARE the course Development Project. Pavel is responsible for real estate projects Penta Real Estate in the Czech Republic. His realised projects include, for example, the administrative buildings at Waltrovka, which, among other awards, won the CEEQA award for the best development project in Central and Eastern Europe. His other ongoing projects include revitalisation of the Masaryk Railway Station based on the Zaha Hadid project, revitalisation of the area around the Main Railway Station with the Churchill project, the Smíchoff administrative project, etc. Pavel was previously a Partner in the 3C real estate private equity fund, advisor to financial institutions and the Ministry of Finance, and also worked in JP Morgan’s bond department in London. Pavel received the PhDr. title in economics at the Charles University, the master’s degree in political economy from the London School of Economics and the master’s degree in real estate from the University of Reading. He is currently a distant postgraduate student in sustainable urban planning at the University of Oxford. Pavel is also a long-term guarantor of the master degree course focused on real estate investment at the Charles University in Prague
