Michal Naskos lectures within MBARE the course Ethical Behaviour of Experts. Michal is a Partner and since 2018 the Head of Valuation at Cushman & Wakefield. With over 19 years of experience in commercial property valuation, he is one of the most experienced international valuers in the Czech Republic. Within his professional career at Cushman & Wakefield, Michal has gained extensive experience in all the sectors of the real estate market and has been involved in key instructions for major corporate and local clients. He is a member of the Royal Institute of Certified Surveyors (RICS) and the Real Estate Market Development Association (ARTN). As one of the few in the Czech Republic, Michal is also a member of the VRS (Valuer Registration Scheme). Michal is a graduate from the Charles University in Prague.
