Martin Bendík is a leading lecturer of the course Legal Side of Real Estate Transactions. Martin is one of the founders of the law firm Wilsons and works in its Prague office. He is an expert in real estate, especially in management and structuring of sales and acquisitions of office and retail projects, development and revitalisation of former industrial sites, logistics and residential investment projects. Prior to joining Wilsons, Martin has worked for almost ten years with the leading international law firm Linklaters.
