Marcel Kolesár MSc. MRICS

Course: Market Valuation of Commercial Real Estate

Marcel Kolesár is a leading lecturer of the MBARE course Market Valuation of Commercial Real Estate. Marcel has been involved in the commercial real estate market for over 13 years. He has extensive experience in providing valuation and advisory services to banks, real estate funds, investors, developers and property owners in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He had started his career in the real estate sector in 2005 as a researcher at CBRE and in 2007 he moved to the valuation department. In October 2014, Martin has joined Colliers International and currently holds the position of the Head of Real Estate Valuation and Advisory. He holds Bc. in Finance at the Prague University of Economics and Business, and MSc. in real estate investment and management at Sheffield Hallam and Nottingham Trent Universities, UK. Since 2008, Marcel he has been a member of the Royal Institute of Certified Surveyors (RICS).
