Jiří Buryan is a leading lecturer of the course Construction Law. Jiří is a senior attorney / counsel at Havel & Partners law office and specialises in public sector law and acquisitions and corporate sales (M&A). Jiří is an expert notably in the fields of construction law and developer constructions, energy, environment and waste law, public support and subsidies, administrative justice and public law disputes. He has represented clients already in several dozen administrative proceedings before administrative courts and before the Supreme Administrative Court, especially in building matters on the part of builders. Jiří Buryan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno (Mgr. degree) and the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague (JUDr. and PhD.) and also a graduate of the Law Faculty of the University of Cambridge (LL.M.).
