Petr Hána is a leading lecturer of the course Real Estate Market Research. Petr is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Advisory’s department which specialises on the building industry and real estates. Petr specialises mainly on projects focused on market analyses, real estate transactions and management and optimisation of the real estate portfolios. He focuses on the residential market of the Czech Republic and participates in the development of the price map (CenováMapa.org) web portal. Petr also devotes to projects related to the project management and controlling, process optimisation and organisational restructuring of construction and development companies. He has worked on projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for major construction and development companies. He is involved in the development of surveys, analyses and studies focused on the development of the residential market. Petr graduated from Economics and Management at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
