David Charousek is a leading lecturer of the course Technical Due Diligence. Since 2003, David has been involved in valuation of real estate for bank and court purposes, voluntary and mandated auctions, social transformations, etc. at 1. Znalecká, a.s., where he assumes the post of the Statutory Director. David is a graduate of Architecture and Urban Design at the Technical University in Liberec.
