Technical Due Diligence

Course content
As a part of the course Technical Due Diligence, participants will learn how to assess the building and technical shape of real estate, as well as their visual characteristics and moral wear. Assessment does not focus on real estate immediately following the construction, but in the context of their entire life cycle. Program participants will be able to orientate and assess a construction throughout the whole process – from its preparation to its disposal. At the same time, upon completing the course the participants will be able to identify and assess building quality and deviations. The course also deals with architectural styles, urban planning concepts, building principles and applications of the analysis (technical due diligence) into methods of the real estate valuation.
