MBARE Final Exam

Following successful completion of assessed courses, the development project may be submitted.

Participants present the results of their project to the expert judge jury. Preparation of the development project examines and consolidates the summary knowledge gained over the course of the MBARE Programme. Within the final exam (defence of the development project), the participants will demonstrate their ability to compile a development project’s business plan, including associated market analyses, and demonstrate their knowledge of financing development projects and understanding roles of individual subjects in the real estate market. At the same time, presentation skills will also be assessed.
