Within MBARE, Stefan de Goeij lectures on Property Management. Since 2021 Stefan is director at Avison Young CZ, where he leads Czech Republic’s and Slovakia’s Property Management business as Head of Property Management. Prior to joining Avison Young, Stefan has been CTP’s Property Management Group Director, where he was responsible for management and sustainability of the existing CTP portfolio in the CEE, representing a total rental area of 5.5 million square meters. Stefan is a Member of the Board of the Royal Institute of Certified Surveyors (RICS) in the Czech Republic. He has studied civil engineering / architecture in Den Bosch and later Real Estate Management at Hague University.
